The latest Dynafleet Online release features improved functionality with a new reporting package enabling users to follow the working hours of their drivers and plan work within the parameters of the Working Time Directive
Volvo’s Dynafleet Online (DFOL) continues to grow from strength to strength as more customers come to appreciate it as a highly effective means of managing and reducing their operating costs.
There are now over 1,400 DFOL subscriptions and around 18% of new trucks are being ordered with Volvo Transport Information Systems (TIS) capability. Last year, in the UK and Ireland alone, 1,240 were fitted with Dynafleet.

The latest DFOL release features improved functionality with a new reporting package enabling users to follow the working hours of their drivers and plan work within the parameters of the Working Time Directive (WTD). In addition, it is now possible to create a tracking report in real-time for one or several vehicles.

The tracking report also features three new tracking patterns – Instant Tracking, Instant Driver Activity and Instant Tracking and Driver Activity. GPRS enabled vehicles can report the new information instantly for the same cost.

For the WTD package, customers can now set benchmarks for drivers’ rolling, versus fixed, periods of availability, thereby creating a tailor-made reporting framework.
