TechArt Transforms Porsche Cayman
TechArt Automobildesign, based outside Stuttgart, is offering a full range of upgrades and enhancements for Porsche's new Cayman coupe.
Of immediate interest is the TechArt power kit, which includes a sport air filter and reprogrammed engine electronics. Output climbs to 305 horsepower, with a concurrent increase in top speed and decrease in 0-to-60-mph acceleration.

A choice of exhaust tuning kits can further improve performance, while sport suspension systems — developed in cooperation with Bilstein — provide lower ride height and firmer damping, and are custom-calibrated to a range of optional ContiSportContact tires in sizes up to 20 inches.

TechArt also offers an aerodynamic enhancement kit for the Cayman, which bundles a front air dam, side sills and a rear spoiler. The company also offers customized interiors tailored to the owner's personal specifications, with colors and designs fabricated in TechArt's custom upholstery shop.
