Business car websites ranked
BusinessCar magazine has revealed the best-performing car websites for people running and buying company cars. Volkswagen came top of the chart that ranked the 20 best selling business car brands, with BMW and Peugeot ranked second and third respectively. The annual ranking assesses each brand’s website in 10 categories including design, ease of use, speed of response to enquiries and car tax calculator performance.
“It’s amazing the difference in level of service provision between the different brands,” said BusinessCar Editor-in-chief Tristan Young. “VW’s site only lost precious few points, but several car makers failed to provide even basic company car relevant information. Given the amount of research carried out online by both business car drivers and business car managers before purchasing cars we were surprised to see how little effort is taken to win-over these buyers.”

While VW scored 90% in BusinessCar’s chart, 20th placed Kia scored just 34%.
