Honda’s Dreamscape Arena at British International Motor Show
An action-packed display of Honda cars, motorcycles and power equipment will take over the Live Action Arena at this summer’s British International Motor Show. To help Honda celebrate its 60th birthday, a series of ‘Dreamscape’ shows will tell the unique story of Honda’s history, and will also feature ASIMO, Honda’s advanced humanoid robot. ASIMO will be showing off its latest skills, including a new ability to run. Classic models, including Honda monkey bikes and a Mk1 Civic, are set to take part in the displays, which will explain the meaning of ‘The Power of Dreams’, before bringing the audience up-to-date with performances from the company’s current range of products.
“Dreamscape won’t be your normal rubber-burning, petrol-fumed show,” says Tom Gardner, Head of Marketing at Honda (UK). “It will be an entertaining, interesting and educational journey through the world of Honda, showing the incredible breadth of products that we offer. The story of Honda’s history is unlike that of any other car manufacturer, and the aim is to present that unique tale in a warm, fun and unmistakably ‘Honda’ way.”

Each Dreamscape performance will last 20 minutes followed by 10 minutes viewing time, where visitors can get close to the stars of the show. There will be at least four shows per day – plus an exclusive premiere on Press Day.
