Peugeot aims at the Business market with 308 SR
Peugeot introduces the 308 SR business range to the 308 hatchback and SW models, aimed squarely at the Local Business and Contract Hire / Leasing market.
Based on the 308 S model and available in both five-door hatchback and SW versions, the SR range sees the standard fitment of SmartNav – satellite navigation, Bluetooth hands free phone kit and 16” alloy wheels. It will be available with two HDi diesel engines, HDi 90 and HDi 110 and in September a Bioflex engine will be introduced in to the hatchback version. The Bioflex engine will be able to operate on either E85 ethanol or unleaded petrol.

The five-door hatchback model will also be available with an electronically controlled six-speed manual gearbox, which reduces the CO2 emissions to 120 g/km, the same as the HDi 90 version.

The competitive pricing of the entry models sees the customer paying just £650 more than an equivalent S model for £1,175 of additional standard equipment.

The 308 SR will be available in six exterior body colours: Hurricane Grey, Nera Black, Aluminium, Thorium Grey, Aegean Blue and Babylon Red.
