Porsche has the best image

Vehicles from Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart, enjoy the highest reputation among European consumers. This was the result of a survey of international premium class automotive brands carried out by the well known Luxury Institute, New York.

American top earners have already voted Porsche to be the luxury brand with the highest prestige on several occasions in the past. The sports car manufacturer has now made the leap to the top of the important European market and relegated the strong international competition to lower places.

To carry out this survey, the independent research institute questioned more than 1,500 consumers with an annual income of at least EUR 60,000. The subjects from France, Great Britain, Germany and Italy ranked luxury vehicles in a range of categories.

911, Boxster, Cayman and Cayenne were above all classed as particularly high quality, very exclusive and elegant. The price-performance relationship and social acceptance of Porsche vehicles was also regarded positively by the consumers.
