Škoda Auto provides the latest Superb cars to the Czech Government
The Czech car maker Škoda Auto will provide 27 Škoda Superb cars to the Czech Government car fleet during the Czech EU presidency in 2009.
Today the respective contract has been signed by the car maker's representative Fred Kappler and Alexander Vondra, the Vice President of the Government for European affairs.

The cars will transport Government Members and delegations from the EU member states in the first half-year of 2009, when the Czech Republic will preside the EU and numerous work meetings will be held in the country. Škoda Auto will provide further 27 Superb cars during the meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Ministers with Ministers from the “Rio Group”. „Škoda Auto considers this cooperation a prestigious issue and a good opportunity to present this year's newest car - the latest Superb - among the EU top representatives", observed Fred Kappler, Škoda Board member for sales and marketing.
