Spied - Noble M600

The Noble M600 super car is anticipated to go on sale in the beginning of 2010. The M600 carries on the ideology that Noble started with models like the M15 and M400, although while the M15 is still quite pointed and brawny, the M600 carries a firm likeness to the design of Italian automakers.

Under the hood Noble has loaned a V8 from the Volvo XC90 SUV, even though in the sports car it is set up longitudinally and pressurized by a pair of turbochargers. Although this may appear like an odd choice, other Nobles in the past have used engine like Ford’s Duratec employed in everyday cars like the European Mondeo.

The idea here is to tune a regular engine and hold back its reliability. The total output in the M600 will be around 650 HP, allowing the light-weight kit car to go from 0 to 60 mph in less than 4 seconds and reach a highest possible speed of 200 MPH.
