Subaru Outback supports military skiers
A Subaru Outback 2.5 has come to the rescue of a crack military ski team currently competing in top European skiing championships. The symmetrical all-wheel drive Outback has been put through its paces in the snows of Norway as a back-up vehicle during the intense training carried out by the 26th Regiment Royal Artillery Nordic Ski Team.
They have recently completed biathlon training, roller ski practice and one month’s training in Skeikampen, Norway. This was followed by Christmas in Austria for the RA/RAC Championships.
Their final show-down is at the end of January in the Div Championships in Les Contamines, France.
The Subaru Outback has been provided by Subaru (UK) Limited and Griffin Tax Free Sales.
