The Chrysler Group unveiled one vehicle with three different roofs, the all-new 2008 Chrysler Sebring Convertible, during the L.A. Auto Show on Nov. 29. The vehicle is a first among convertibles, according to Chrysler officials, with three automatically latching top options: vinyl, cloth and a painted steel retractable hard top. In addition to its multiple top options, the Chrysler Sebring Convertible was also designed to be fuel efficient with 31 miles per gallon and Flexible Fuel Vehicle engine availability. The car will be available in the U.S. in the second quarter of 2007 and in global markets in the second half of 2007.
