Leading automotive interior designers and technology experts will meet in Berlin this year to share their design visions of the future at the Interior Motives Europe Conference 2007. Taking place from the 22-24 May this year, the focus of this annual conference will be the changing face of automotive interior design as economic factors, social responsibility and technology advances take place. Session speakers will provide their insights into challenging topics such as designing cars for the internet generation, creating distinct brand identities through design, and achieving environmental integration. The final session of the conference will explore how emerging technologies can enable the preservation of design aesthetics on radical concept vehicles, through the transition to production.

Senior designers and technology experts from some of the world’s most successful automotive manufacturers and technology suppliers will present their ideas and findings through a series of workshops and seminars. Past speakers at Interior Motives events have included design directors from Mercedes-Benz, Renault, Daimler Chrysler, Volvo, Land Rover, Aston Martin and Nissan.

The event will be attended by a cross-section of tier one interior suppliers, major car makers and design experts. The conference is supported by its premier sponsor, Berlin Partner. Gold sponsors are Autodesk and Johnson Controls. Bridge of Weir is the silver sponsor and Designmai is a special supporter.
