The Jaguar XF has yet again been voted 'Car of the Year' – its fourth top title win since being launched in March. This time the premier award comes courtesy of Auto Express in their New Car Honours 2008. Jaguar's multi-award winning sports saloon claimed its crown following victory in the 'Best Executive Car' category ahead of the BMW 5-Series, the Mercedes CLS and E-Class, the Audi A6 and the Lexus GS.

The Apex Motorsport Jaguar XKR will take part in the track parade during the forthcoming Classic Racing Car event at Silverstone on Sunday 27th July. The parade, which will commence at 1:30pm on Sunday afternoon, will celebrate the BRDC’s 80th anniversary, and will feature cars from the last eight decades of racing. The new V8 Supercharged XKR will represent racing in the current decade, as well as Jaguar’s successful return to the FIA GT3 Championship.

Jaguar will this weekend be celebrating 60 years of the iconic XK nameplate as a collection of models from the 1950s to present day take to the hill at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Running up the famous hill will be the recently introduced XKR-S, two XK 120's, the historic 'NUB' and 'LWK' and an XK 140. Also joining this illustrious line up will be the long-nose D-type, famous for winning Le Mans in 1957.
