Subaru (UK) treated six Midlands students to an action-packed rally weekend, following recommendations by their respective teachers for their achievements during the past year. David Preston, Ben Butterworth, Miles Tamplin, Tracey Patten, Lauren Burke and Natalie Millward from the Grace Academy school were each recommended by their teachers for the prize.

Subaru (UK) Limited is proudly supporting the restoration of the Avro Vulcan XH558 Bomber to the Skies of Britain, following its recent maiden-flight at Bruntingthorpe Proving Grounds. With funding from the government lottery commission, and many of the companies who produced the original components being reformed, the restoration was the culmination of a massive team effort by Dr Robert Pleming, David Walton and generations of dedicated engineers.

Subaru’s special edition Impreza RB320, commissioned in memory of World Rally Champion, Richard Burns – who lost his brave battle with cancer in 2005 – proved so successful the limited run of 320 units sold out in weeks. One of the buyers was Richard’s father Alex who bought RB320 (117) for the Richard Burns Collection which is regularly used by the Richard Burns Foundation, set up in his honour to help inspire and support people with serious injuries and illness.
