Thank you sooooo much Volvo!
In America, following too close is the leading cause of wrecks. And, automobile wrecks are the leading cause of the death of children.
40,000 people die every year on American roads with 5 Million injured in 11 Million wrecks.
It is no accident the way Americans drive.
...About as arrogant as our infamous foriegn policy!
Thank You So Much Volvo for doing what Americans no longer care to do - be safe!

Who can help ?
Will you please help me with a question regarding Volvo CWBS relative - block system ? I mean the relative system to CWBS, which is newer, still in the phase of development.
Its name is .. Full automatic brake power .. ? I.e. the system finds out an obstacle in front of the car and brakes down (or slows down ?) the car by itself - automatically (without any act of the car driver).
And the problem is, that "nobody knows", how the system will react in a situation, when another car driver makes so call "little mouse", i.e. he (or she) overtakes the "CWBS car" and suddenly brakes in front of it - to keep straight line of the road lane flow of cars.
Can anybody let me know how the "Full automatic brake power" system reacts in such situation ?
Will it stop the car or only slow it down ?
