These are easy to dispute,

The Chery windcloud and the Landwind are 1980's and 1990's cars doing a 2006/7 test, its not hard to see why they didnt pas.
The Chery QQ although a copy of the Chevrolet spark has better protection for the passenger than the Chevy Spark/Daewoo Matiz although it is quite dangerous for the drivers knees. The Matiz is good for the driver, but lethal for a passenger.
