This design is a scam. First of all, algal cultivation is not a passive process. Secondly, because algae grow in a liquid environment (no higher than 0.8% w/w) it is crazy to mobilize algae reactors. The net carbon footprint of propelling all that water around would negate any carbon uptake by photosynthesizing algae. Just another greenwash . . .
