The ongoing expansion of Renault’s comprehensive range of online sales tools has diversified with its latest offering: Renault Buy Online. The online service allows Renault customers to complete the full purchase process of their new model without visiting a dealership. All that’s needed is a device with an internet connection – it’s that easy.

Following the successful introduction of the Renault Virtual Showroom which has seen thousands of calls placed by customers and hundreds of individual vehicle walkarounds by dedicated Renault Gurus since the middle of April, Renault’s breadth of options for researching and buying a new car has expanded dramatically.

After adding its Select & Collect stock pages via www.renault.co.uk in the middle of May, the new Renault Buy Online option to complete the full purchase is a significant piece of the puzzle in Renault’s comprehensive online sales options. Significant interest in Renault’s latest models is backed up by a suite of helpful and innovative tools to make the process as easy as possible – customers can complete the whole purchase online and take delivery in as little as a couple of weeks.

Using Renault Buy Online, customers are able to choose from the latest models across the Renault car range including All-New Clio, New ZOE, All-New Captur, Kadjar and the latest New Megane Hatch and Sport Tourer. Customers can configure their vehicle with the added benefit of being able to complete a finance application and sign finance documents for those purchasing via Renault Finance. A full finance calculator is available to agree terms, enabling customers to adjust key parameters such as the deposit and monthly payments to suit their needs. Online support is available through the whole process via a chat function, providing direct access to the customer services team.
