As came into force on 5 November, sections of the retail automotive industry in England must close. However, while SEAT showrooms have closed, retailers remain virtually available to customers, while ‘click and collect’ and home delivery services remain in operation.

SEAT Service departments also remain open to customers to provide essential servicing, maintenance and MOT work.

Retailers in Scotland and Northern Ireland continue to be open, while those in Wales are set to re-open today following a two-week national ‘firebreak’.

During this phase, while uncertainty remains over Brexit negotiations SEAT has guaranteed that it will not pass on any potential post-Brexit tariffs for all orders placed before 17:30 on 2 December 2020, giving buyers confidence and offering certainty in uncertain times.

Furthermore, SEAT is offering customers a further £500 off the price of a new vehicle if the order is placed before 16 December, as well as the choice to pay nothing for the first three months.

That means customers can purchase the all-new SEAT Leon FR 1.5-litre TSI 130PS manual five-door from £23,015, or £229 per month if purchased via a Solutions Personal Contract Plan (PCP).

Alternatively, customers can purchase a SEAT Ibiza SE Technology 1.0-litre 95PS manual from just £189 per month on a PCP.

Having recently opened for order, the CUPRA Formentor VZ2 310PS 4Drive DSG is available to purchase today from £39,830, or £399 on a PCP, with further models and engines joining the line-up in December.

Richard Harrison, Managing Director SEAT UK, said: “These are incredibly challenging times for everyone and we want to make sure we can keep our colleagues and customers safe, while ensuring their mobility. That’s why all of our SEAT and CUPRA Retailers will remain available at the click of a button or at the end of the telephone throughout November, while providing socially-distanced vehicle handovers and servicing of vehicles already on the road.

“We have also enhanced our consumer offers, meaning that all of our cars are available with no deposit from the customer; a complimentary £500 off the sticker price, and the option of ‘nothing to pay’ on their PCP finance for the first three months.”
